The driver was waiting for us on time, and drove us smoothly to our destination as specified in the booking. The only thing we would like them to improve is their instruction on their website, which indicates the driver would meet us inside the arriving hall of the port terminal, but actually he had to wait outside of the terminal courtyard. We would never have met him if we did not walk to the gate to search him, while most other tour companies were inside the gate.
