  • I’m not saying in a Hotel. Can I be picked up somewhere different? Yes. We can arrange pick up and drop off at Airports, private apartments, or any other place requested by the customer.
  • Do I have to pay for the entrance to Iguassu Falls Park? Yes. This is a transfer-only service. Our driver will drive you to the Iguazu Falls National Park entrance. He will pick you up there to return to your Hotel. The ticket is not included.
  • Can I use this service to cross the border? Yes. Drivers and vehicles are authorized to cross the border from Brazil to Argentina and vice versa. We can take you from your hotel in Argentina to the Brazilian Side of the Falls or the other way around. Once arrived and the international cross border check pot, your assigned driver will wait for you while you pass through passport control and customs clearance.
  • I will be carrying luggage during the tour. Is this a problem? No. We manage vehicles with enough space for passengers and luggage. We kindly ask you to inform us about the luggage while making a booking in order to avoid misunderstandings.
